<description>A few weeks ago, my Epson Workforce 600 jammed, my pardner apparently saw paper down in the paper feed bin, but when I tried using it, I saw none. So after several tries, I placed some thicker cardboard stock which I had used many times printing when I needed more durable &amp;/or colored paper. After several tries the error message came up immediately instead of the normal feeder sounds which normally lasted 15 or 20 seconds or so after pressing &quot;print&quot;.

I too am at home, retired, No Child Left Behind Legislation has left me in the dust after a 31 year career as a Band Directors and now I am hoping on arrangements for chorus and band to bail me out, but without a printer, I am sunk, with no funds to buy one and my rent check bounced today.

&#124;Suggestions?
