No Internet :S
Monday at about 16.30 my Virgin Media cable modem died :S leaving me with internet. I rang them and promptly arranged for an engineer to call out and replace it. The Engineer came on time, put was unable to activate the new cable modem and had to leave me with it not working, they were unable to send a data signal to register the modem from the data center. 2 calls to customer services were unable to get me back up an on the net, so I gave up for the night. The following morning I was able to call customer services and get the modem registered and now I’m back on the net.
