This is an Epson photo 925 with a paper feed problem, it somethimes fails to pickup paper and feed the paper through the printer. This roller should not be smooth and shiny, infact it should have a course coating to grab the paper. For this printer there is no cost effective repair, unless you are able to find a donor printer.
